Sleeping up to 8 guests over 4 double bedrooms, this spacious property boasts a private indoor swimming pool (Open from February until the end of October) for guests to relax and enjoy. The property also benefits from private parking for several cars and is surrounded by large enclosed lawn garden with patios, outdoor seating and stunning views of the coastline from many rooms.
The large living room has a cosy wood burning stove, exposed beams and amazing sea views. It has a large TV with sky package and DVD player. There is an extensive DVD library on the top floor for guests to use. A spacious dining room with stunning sea views through floor to ceiling windows gives amazing views day and night. The dining suite seats 8 adults and the room has fibre optic ceiling lights depicting the local constellations. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and washer-dryer.
The king size bedroom has great sea views and a huge en-suite bathroom including a large, sunken Jacuzzi spa bath and walk in shower cubicle. There is a second small sitting room with TV and Freeview for guests, plus a separate WC with wash basin.
The heated swimming pool (available Fabruary until end of October) also boasts see views, has a seating area and separate changing rooms plus an additional shower and WC.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms both of which have en suites with a bath and separate showers. The first bedroom allows guests to choose which style of bed they require to be made up in the double room. A Zip & Link bed can be as a king size or as twins. Please specify which you would prefer in our special requirements when booking. This bedroom has an ensuite with bath and shower. A second double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a large bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash basin is also on this floor.
The second floor of Avala has a king size bedroom with ample storage and a lounge with stunning views of the coast and breakwater. There is an extensive DVD library as well as a number of books and games for guests to use.
Guests should please note that Avala is not suitable for guests with pet allergies. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

A security deposit of £250 will be collected 7 days before arrival and refunded within 7 days of you departure assuming no breakages or damages
