No3 Courtyard Cottage is a spacious and comfortable property located just a couple of minutes stroll from the beautiful dune lined Northumbrian coastline and sandy beach where the imposing Dunstanburgh Castle sits in the background. Set in a tranquil location, all on ground floor level - there are two steps within to another level - it is perfect for a family getaway and has everything you need.

The cottage has a large and secure enclosed grass garden with patio and outdoor furniture to enjoy. Just a short drive from the property is a great selection of attractions including castles, fishing villages, golf courses and the historic market town of Alnwick should you wish to explore Northumbria more.

Ground Floor

The cottage covers ground floor level and features an island kitchen and dining area with French door access to the garden. The spacious living room has a cosy wood burning stove for you to relax in front of. There's also a separate WC and hand basin.

Although a ground floor property the level is split by 2 steps to which leads to a double bedroom with access to the garden and an en-suite shower room, including WC and wash basin. There's a further double bedroom with storage drawers, a bunk bedroom suitable for children and a separate bathroom with WC and a wash basin.
