Grace Darling Holidays is a holiday lettings agency with a difference. With over 40 years of experience we specialise in managing a wide range of self catering cottages in Bamburgh, Seahouses and the surrounding area. All of our cottages are rated 3 to 5 stars and each of them has a distinct personality. The one thing they all have in common is the magnificent location of the Northumberland Coast.
We take huge satisfaction in every cottage and are continually looking for ways to improve our services. Our dedicated teams for sales, marketing, cleaning and maintenance are all fully trained and share an extensive knowledge of each cottage and the local area.
We are the only agency with an office, laundry and shop front in the local area. Based in the centre of Seahouses we are available for owners, holiday makers and potential new customers to visit. Here you will find friendly members of our team ready to answer any questions.

A dedicated sales team, with over 40 years of experience in the industry
A sales office located in Seahouses, where holiday makers can drop in to make a booking or where you can drop in for an update on your property.
A 24 hour online booking service.
A dedicated customer service line, available to customers 24 hours during their stay.
A shop front similar to an estate agent, displaying available cottages and promotions.
Extensive marketing using our website, brochure package, competitions, national media coverage, press releases, corporate incentives, email and leaflet drops to our huge database.
A dedicated web page with at least four large pictures of each cottage, a detailed description and booking calendar. A huge array of local and general information available too.
Bookings, Cleaning & Maintenance, Customer Care – We will manage bookings at a very competitive charge of 15% (Ex VAT) as an exclusive agent or 17.5% (Ex VAT) for co-bookers. This will cover our booking and marketing costs and will include online booking administration. The cleaning and maintenance costs are agreed with you on application. We will also allow you to take your own bookings on your cottage at no extra charge. We will keep you up to date with the bookings progress, sending out confirmation and payments on a regular basis.
Cleaning & Maintenance, Customer Care - In instances when clients want to find and administer their own bookings, we will provide the above service. Costs will be agreed on application.
Tourist Board Registration – We do insist that all of the cottages marketed by us are tourist board registered. We are able to assist with the initial registration and help you to get your Quality In Tourism grading. We can offer you a substantial discount if the grading is arranged through us directly.
