Ground floor: Open plan living and dining room (seats six) with views over Budle Bay and Waren Burn. The kitchen with breakfast bar (also with views over Waren Burn) is fully fitted, En-suite master Bedroom (views over Budle Bay) with Kingsize bed, two twin bedrooms with single beds, and a family bathroom with shower over bath.
