This superbly presented semi detached house is along a quiet lane close to the centre of the lively Seaside village of Seahouses. The accommodation is spacious and the furnishings and deco are to a high standard, offering a most comfortable holiday cottage throughout the year.

This comfortable cottage is convenient for all local amenities in this bustling seaside village as Mayfield is extremely close to the town centre. An Ocean Club membership is included so facilities such as the pool and gym can be taken advantage of (a small entrance fee applies).

Ground floor: A large fully equipped kitchen and breakfast table, a light and airy living room with bay window, dining room that seats 6/8 people, utility room and ground floor toilet.

First floor: Three comfortable sized bedrooms, one king size, one double and one twin. Large bathroom with walk in shower and bath

Back garden patio area with large raised decking ideal for BBQs and off road parking for 2 cars at the front of the house

Facilities: Electricity and full CH, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo, IPOD docking station, 5 hob range cooker, dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, duvets with linen and towels. Childrens play chest with toys, books and CD’s. No smoking.
