The Dunes

The Dunes is an exceptionally large holiday home with breathtaking panoramic coastal views out to the Farne Island and Bamburgh Castle. The accommodation is only a short stroll from Seahouses Village where you will find an abundance of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. The Dunes is ideally sized for two families to share or for an extended family reunion.

Ground Floor

On entering The Dunes, you walk through a low maintenance, enclosed yard into the sun porch with a large breakfasting table. The modern kitchen/dining area is equipped with all of the modern conveniences you would expect. A utility room off of the kitchen houses the washing machine. The expansive lounge has outstanding views across the coast towards the Farne Islands. Well manicured lawns with patio area are accessible from the front door. The comfortable sofas and open fire make this room ideal for relaxing. The newly refurbished TV and Games room has a huge flat screen TV, seating area, football table and a range of other games for the whole family. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor

On ascending the grand staircase, you immediately become aware of the spacious accommodation offered in this property. The master suite comes complete with double bed, original bathroom and stunning views over towards the Cheviot Hills. The second bedroom has a feature double bed, again with views towards the Cheviots. A large family bathroom with separate walk in shower, roll top bath and twin sinks. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, ideal for the kids, again with an en-suite bathroom. This room boasts uninterrupted views over the sandy beach towards the Farnes and Bamburgh Castle. Finally the fourth bedroom, a twin room, with feature beds also benefits from the Coast and Castle views.

Facilities

Ocean Club membership with access to the gym, pool and beauty facilities (a nominal entrance fee is payable). Gas central heating, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, freeview, CD player/radio. All linen is included but please note that towels are not supplied. Electricity and heating are also provided.

Services available on request and additional costs apply: private chef, food delivery, guided Northumbrian safaris, family photographer, weekly maid service and midweek linen change.
