Sunshine House

Sunshine House is a large detached family home offering style, comfort and contemporary living in Seahouses, Northumberland. There is a good range of shops, pubs, and restaurants, making Sunshine House the ideal base from which to explore the stunning Northumbrian coastline and rolling countryside.

The driveway and garage provides ample parking for up to seven vehicles.

A large lounge with wood burner, open plan kitchen and dining room with enough table space for everyone, double bedroom and toilet.

First Floor

Super king size bed with en-suite shower, king size bedroom and two twin bedrooms, large double ended bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Facilities

Electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cots, highchairs, TV, DVD player, CD player, BBQ, bed linen and towels provided, heating and electricity included in the rent, very child friendly cottage with lots of books, games and toys. Two cots and two high chairs available. No smoking.
