A 20 second walk to the harbour and a further minute to the village centre, makes a great location to have a stroll, and being pet friendly, the dog can come too! Swallow Fish is just around the corner, so if it’s a traditional breakfast you fancy, do pick up some ‘Kippers’, delightful with poached egg and brown bread. If in the car, the golf course is 3 minutes away, Bamburgh and its wonderful castle are 3 miles, and Beadnell with its sandy bay are just 2 miles away, a lovely walk!

On street parking may be limited, particularly in the peak season. **The owners of No 2, Taylor Street have provided a parking permit which allows guests to park for free in any of the local carparks.

There are magical castles to visit and miles of long, sandy beaches to enjoy. The historic towns of Berwick and Alnwick are just a short car trip away.
