Reviews

A lovely cottage situated in beautiful Northumberland countryside. Very peaceful. Easy to access local towns by car. Comfortable beds, good shower and 2 toilets helped to meet the needs of a family of 6. Good kitchen facilities. Recommended trips in easy reach of the cottage: Bamburgh, Seahouses and the Farne Islands, Holy Island and Linsdisfarne, Craster and Dunstanburgh Castle, Embleton Bay, Cragside and Alnwick Castle. We love Northumberland. We’d happily stay in this cottage again on future visits.

Mrs W,

This cottage fits our criteria perfectly. We were well informed of everything by the agents so all went smoothly.

Mrs Sarah H,

What a beautiful and spacious home! Serene and quiet country location which is close to all the sights of Northumberland. The beds are very comfortable, gorgeous new bathroom, 2 lounges, lots of toys/games/dvds to keep the kids happy. 2 gardens both of which are sun traps. Has everything you would need and very clean and tidy. Highly recommend and would certainly return.

previous g,

My friend and I rented this beautiful cottage for the second time for some well deserved rest and relaxation. House was spotless, beds super comfy, warm, log burning stove, birds chirping in the morning, what more could you want! Great location for a bit of wild swimming and fabulous fish and chips in Seahouses. We’ll be back for a third visit when we can.
