Hastings Cottage

Hastings is a well appointed, newly decorated detached property situated in a more peaceful area of Seahouses but still within easy walking distance to the amenities of the village. A large, enclosed south facing garden with patio furniture is ideal for children and pets.

Outside there is garage where you can store a vehicle, cycles, boats, canoes or boards and includes a sink, washer/dryer as well as a large freezer. Parking is provided on the property and there is also on street parking for up to 3 cars.

Ground Floor

A spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV and French doors leads out to the garden patio. The living room is furnished with super comfy sofas and if there are extra guests, the double sofa bed will sleep an extra two.

The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and all utensils, cutlery and crockery .There is also a very useful larder in the kitchen. The dining table seats 6 comfortably (a high chair is also available).

First Floor

The first floor consists of three bedrooms and a family bathroom, with a shower over bath. The master bedroom features fitted wardrobes, drawers, and en-suite shower room. There is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and storage drawers and a twin Room with fitted wardrobes and storage drawers.

Facilities

TV with Freeview, CD player, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, washer-dryer, wood burning stove, linen, towels, heating and electricity.

Activities

Walking, golf, boat trips, fishing, bird watching, visiting historic landmarks, horse riding and tennis.

Upon request and additional costs apply: Private chef, guided Northumbrian safaris, food delivery, family photographer. Weekly maid services, midweek linen change, a local team on hand should you require any assistance.
