Green Gables

Green Gables is situated in the very popular ‘Armstrong Cottages' area of Bamburgh. It is perfectly situated for beach lovers as only the coastal road separates Green Gables from long, sandy shores. Bamburgh Castle is just a short stroll through the sand dunes, and the shops, pubs and restaurants of Bamburgh are just a short walk away too. The holiday cottage is beautifully appointed and its spacious interior contains all the modern facilities that you could need for your holidays, including Wi-Fi access.

Ground Floor

Here you'll find a large and relaxing lounge (including DVD/surround sound system) and an open plan kitchen/dining room with French windows leading out into the south facing garden. The ground floor also includes a newly refurbished shower room with WC, plus a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms (one room with views of Bamburgh castle) and a twin room. The brand new tiled bathroom includes a bath, washbasin and WC.

Facilities

Storage heating throughout, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, WIFI, freeview /TV, travel cot and high chair. All linen and towels provided. Heating and electric included with rental.

Activities

The North Northumberland coastline offers visitors a huge number of things to do, including walking, golf, boat trips, fishing, diving, bird watching and horse riding. There are magical castles to visit and miles of long, sandy beaches to enjoy. The historic towns of Berwick and Alnwick are just a short car trip away.
