Eridon Cottage
Seahouses
Eridon Cottage is a traditional fisherman’s cottage with a stylish and well-finished modern interior. The cottage is situated in the popular, quieter part of Seahouses and is just a ten-minute stroll to the harbour. Seahouses’ pristine beach is also within easy walking distance down the ‘Milennium Way’ footpath.
The cottage has a large garden to the rear of the property with a decked area and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy al fresco dining. There is off-street parking for two cars. Eridon is beautifully appointed, and its spacious interior contains all the modern facilities that you could need for your holiday, including Wi-fi access.
Ground Floor
A spacious lounge with a wood-burning stove, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi with CD and an iPod docking station.
Kitchen comes equipped with gas cooker, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave.
The dining room comfortably seats 6-8 and has a wood-burning stove. The lounge and dining room both have original exposed beams.
Large family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
First Floor
There are three bedrooms in total. Bedroom 1 is en-suite (bath only), is large and airy with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and iPod docking station.
Bedroom 2 boats a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and iPod docking station.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room (recommended only for those under 6 feet, due to the sloping ceiling) with stunning views out to the Cheviot Hills and surrounding farmland.
