There are also many fine restaurants within a short drive of the cottages, whilst Tillmouth Park Hotel with its majestic grounds is perfect for that extra special evening. The Red lion Pub in Milfield is very popular, the thatched Black Bull pub at Etal is in a very pretty village and there is very good Italian food in Wooler at the Milan's.
The cottage is adjacent to Kimmerston Riding Centre and has three bedrooms, one double and two twin (bedding provided free of charge). The sitting room has an open fire (coal also provided free of charge) with a beautiful view towards the Cheviot hills.
The kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave food processor and a washing machine. There is a large play area at the back of the cottage and for those sunny evenings there is a barbeque provided. There are lots of heaters in the cottage.
