The picturesque village of Newton-by-the-Sea is just a stroll or short cycle away where a wonderful beach and nature reserve await, or even a thirst quencher in the local public house, complete with its own micro brewery and sea views.

Spacious open plan kitchen, living room and dining area, with access door leading out onto seated patio area.
Double Bedroom with en-suite shower room, furnished with a wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets.
2 twin bedrooms, both with with storage drawers and wardrobes.
Family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle.

Flatscreen TV, iPod docking system, large fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery and china. Access to extensive shared play area.

Travel cot and high chair are available. Please specify if you require either. (cot bedding not provided).

Sea Pink and Campion Cottage are based within yards of the property and can be booked together to accommodate parties of up to 18 people.
