The Beach House

Beach House is a truly remarkable family home, positioned on the beach-side in the old port of Beadnell Village. This brand new property is only one of a few to have direct beach access in this very unique location. It features a wonderful sun terrace with panoramic views out to the Farne Islands, and also your own private steps leading down to the beach. This detached house is of impeccable presentation, styled throughout with a very modern, contemporary look and featuring stunning artwork.

Ground Floor

To the end of the impressive entrance hall is the main living area of the house - a wonderful large open-plan area with living, dining room and kitchen. The dining and living room area has an incredible view through huge picture windows out to sea. The large patio doors open out into a garden style outdoor room with lots of space to BBQ and eat alfresco. One of the four bedrooms is at ground floor level, including a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. In the garage you'll find another surprise in the form of luxury accommodation for your dog - a purpose-built compound.

First Floor

The staircase takes you up onto a large open landing filled with light which floods through the floor-to-ceiling window panes through the day, and is lit by crystal lanterns at night. The desk station is ideal for a quiet area to catch up with work or simply to read a newspaper looking out onto the open countryside. A large open plan lounge area is perfect for grown up relaxation and socialising having plenty of comfortable seating, a fabulous room for reading or listening to music with lovely views of the seashore stretching to the Farne Islands on the horizon, open the double doors on to a spacious balcony that captures sunrises over the sea perfectly. There are three double bedrooms leading of this landing. Bedrooms one and two on this floor share a Jack and Jill-style wet room, while the third bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Bedroom one has an additional single sofa bed, while bedroom two has a super-king zip-and-link bed and also a double sofa bed (extra charge for use)

The North Northumberland coastline offers visitors a huge number of things to do, including wind surfing, walking, golf, boat trips, fishing, cycling and horse riding. There are magical castles to visit and miles of long, sandy beaches to enjoy.
